All in all, the training you’ll go through would mostly focus on areas such as Management, Emergency management, Hospitality management, First-Aid, Navigation, and the fundamental knowledge of Aircraft. The Learning Experience: The time you will spend in the Training Institute will elevate your learning experience by including both classroom learning as well as practical In-flight experiences.   4. If you pass the entrance exam, you’d be required to sit for the final interview, here the interviewers will try to assess your language fluency, posture, presence of mind, voice, personality, and reaction to adverse situations.
  5. Once selected, you’ll be required to go through a training process for six months.

  • Age – Most of the Airlines prefer candidates in the age range of 17 to 26
  • Height – The minimum height requirement is 157cm for women and 170cm for men
  • Weight – The Weight of the candidates should be proportionate to their height. Most of the Airlines prefer candidates who are physically fit
  • EyeSight – The candidates are expected to have healthy eyesight of 6/6 uncorrected in both eyes
  • Language – Candidates are supposed to be fluent in English and Hindi, and candidates with proficiency in many languages are given a preference
  • Complexion – The Job of an Air Hostess is a very glamorous one, and as a result Airlines generally prefer candidates with clear
  • Medical Necessity – Candidates should not have any severe medical conditions which might hamper their ability to perform their day to day work
  • Paperwork – All the candidates applying for the job of Air Hostess should have a valid passport
